Always wanted to swim comfortably in the ocean but don't know where to start? Or do you struggle with nerves and anxiety? If you're a complete newbie to ocean swimming and want support getting in the water for the first time, or have regularly swum but still find it anxiety-provoking, this is the workshop for you.
Join master swim coach, Bryan Mineo (www.theswimmechanic.com) and me - anxiety whispering psychotherapist, Kim Hollingdale - for this 90 min group to:
- Discover the physical and mental drivers of anxiety
- Learn 3 ways you can immediately tackle anxiety, anytime, anywhere
- Practice relaxation exercises in and out of the water
- Learn tips and tricks for successful ocean swimming, entry and exit
